PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you're looking to train from your home, condo or even park, our certified trainers will deliver only the highest quality in- person sessions, creating a tailored and individual workout plan to best suit your needs. Gain strength, build muscle or lose weight, our plans are suited for all ages and abilities. Nutritional plans and lifestyle tips are also included in any package booked.
ONLINE TRAINING
At Project Rize we realise that in these changing times its not always possible to get to a gym or fitness centre when the hours suit us. Or perhaps we just don't feel comfortable there. Our personal online training negates this problem, allowing you to train from the comfort of your own home whilst still under the guidance of our top coaches. Nutritional plans are also included.
TRAINING PACKAGES
If training in person or with a coach online isn't what you're looking for, we also offer pre booked packages that will bring you closer to your ideal fitness goals. Featuring tailored fitness videos, pilates exercises plus nutritional guides and tips, at Project Rize we have the right package for you, perfectly suited to your current fitness level, with the ability to progress at your own pace.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates is an energizing practice that focuses on toning, stretching and elongating the muscles. For those looking to increase core strength and muscular endurance, and improve posture, our certified Pilates instructors can help you from the comfort of your home. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in Pilates, Project Rize can help you take your next step in Mat Pilates.

Greg M
Founder / Personal Trainer
Since childhood, Greg has been involved in many different competitive sports, playing football and cricket at semi-professional and county levels. Greg’s keen interest in sports led him to pursue a career in personal training. As a R.E.P's qualified personal trainer he studied in Manchester, United Kingdom and has over 15 years of experience in personal training. Greg has lived in three different continents, training clients in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Around the world, Greg has also trained high profile clients and various celebrities. With a detailed and extensive of knowledge of the body and a positive, caring attitude towards his clients, he always strives to achieve the very best results for clients. His training style incorporates strength, athletic and functional training, and all aiming to make his clients stronger and fitter, both mentally and physically.
Farida W
Founder / PILates instructor
As a qualified Mat Pilates teacher and fitness model, Farida has years of experience in Pilates and detailed knowledge of the body, its strengths and weaknesses. After overcoming her own struggles about body image as a teenager, Farida is dedicated to helping those who experience similar feelings as she has dealt with them herself and has first-hand knowledge. Farida believes that you should learn to love your body as everyone deserves to look and feel their best. Graduating with a Master degree from Bangkok university international collage and fluent in Thai, English and German; Farida has a wide range of clients of many different nationalities. As someone who is dedicated to health and fitness, Farida also does weight training, yoga, practices meditation and is a vegetarian. Always staying in top shape, her job as a fitness model requires her to be the best version of herself all year round.
